Oatmeal does upside down wall pushups….

Oatmeal and I went to the JW Marriott in the Texas Hill Country last weekend.  It was absolutely amazing and we had one of the best Saturdays we have had in a very long time.  We woke up and went on a long walk (wearing our Vibram shoes, by the way) and then went to the onsite spa fitness center.  Remember that Lola and Oatmeal live in the sticks and never work out in an actual air conditioned gym with updated equipment, so this was quite a treat.

After using the cardio and weights, Oatmeal decided to try a move that we recently saw added to our Lola’s Primal Challenge Facebook group.  He has done the upside down pushups for a long time, but wanted to try the portion where you kick your feet up in the air.  As you can see by this video, he had no idea what he was doing when it came time to try the foot-kick part, but hey, it was fun and we are open to constructive criticism from anyone who may know a bit more about this Crossfit move.  🙂
